About

Rather than focusing on fixing, I view therapy as a space to slow down, tune in, and get curious about yourself. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative journey inward. My role is to meet you where you are and walk with you, offering tools, perspective, and space for growth. Whether you're coming in with trauma, life stress, relationship issues, or just a sense that something feels off, you're welcome here.

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. While I specialize in trauma and PTSD, my door is open to anyone seeking support. I have extensive clinical experience working with military service members, veterans, and first responders, and I understand the unique challenges these roles present. These experiences shape my work, but therapy with me is open to anyone looking for support and growth.

My approach is warm, grounded, and adaptive. I’ll always hold space for what you bring into the room, but I also believe in being direct and honest when it serves your growth. I draw from person-centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), emotionally focused therapy, and polyvagal theory. We won’t just explore what you’re feeling, but also why, because understanding your emotional process is an important part of meaningful change.

Whether you prefer in-person sessions or Telehealth, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore, challenged enough to grow, and supported enough to keep going. Wherever you're starting from, I would be honored to walk alongside you in this process.

Experience and Client Focus

I provide Person-focused, trauma informed care utilizing polyvagal theory, emotionally focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to inform my approach.

I also have experience working with the Military, Veteran, and Responder communities.

My appointments are typically 50-minutes long.
